Our last contract expired a year ago, in May 2021, but most of us have not seen a raise in base pay since Nov 2019. During that 2 1/2 years, inflation has eaten into our income, and especially with all of our sacrifices throughout the COVID Pandemic, we deserve a fair raise!
DC37 is planning a rally on the evening of June 15th to demand a fair contract with a fair raise. Stand with your union and bring your coworkers to call on the City to negotiate a fair and equitable contract. Wear your union green tee shirts.
