Join us at our next Local Chapter meeting for DCWP Inspectors.

At our last meeting, we heard updates and resolutions to outstanding grievances, while discussing some pertinent issues about safety, the Inspector exam, changes in the division of Enforcement, and schedule changes.

At the next meeting on Tuesday June 13 at 7:00pm, let's briefly follow up on action items from last meeting.

Next we'll touch on some important parts of the recently ratified economic contract, including the Flexible Work Committee. What do we know about it, what do you wish to see from it, and how can we ensure that all inspectors will benefit from it?

Also, members have started receiving retroactive increase payments made, pursuant to the union contract, although some of us have not been seeing what we were expecting. Let's talk about some solutions to this.
