Join us at our next Local Chapter meeting for DCWP Inspectors.

At our last meeting, we heard member responses and strategies to address public health crises like air quality advisories. Upon ratifying the economic contract, we now must enforce it and make it real for members, so also discussed making sure our raises and retro is paid and the Flexible Work Committee hears our preferences.

The next meeting will be on Tuesday August 29 at 7:00pm.

The Flexible work committee has made its recommendations on DCWP's hybrid schedule plan - what is it, and who does it cover?

Unit bargaining is beginning (what is that?), so let's touch on what this process is, what our Local's plans are for it, and what our Chapter's role is in all of this. A substantive part of the meeting will be dedicated to this, so begin thinking of proposals you'd like to see (either economic or non-economic in nature) in our next Unit contract.
