Our working agenda is as follows:
1. Open Nominations for Chair and Vice Chair
• Review current leadership structure (Acting Chair, Secretary)
• Announce process for submitting nominations via email
• Nominations to remain open for a set period and results to be shared with members through follow-up email communication
2. Strategic Considerations & Union Alignment
• Overview of ongoing Local efforts and political advocacy related to LCAT legislation
• Explore proposal to develop a “Best Practices Across Our Title” presentation for the LCAT Directors’ meeting
• Discuss plan to bring the proposal to the Local Executive Board for feedback and alignment
3. Level 1 Advancement Clarification
• Review HR guidance regarding limited permit time and Level 2 eligibility
• Gather member experiences and determine next steps for clarification and advocacy
4. LCAT Ambassadors & Site Representation
• Review current site representation and fill ambassador vacancies
• Discuss communication strategies between sites
• Highlight opportunities for further involvement (MAT Leader, Shop Steward Training)
5. Union Communication & Engagement
• Confirm members are receiving Local 768 updates
• Share contact update link and encourage members to verify their information
6. Open Discussion & Next Steps
• Additional member items or questions
• Confirm follow-up actions and next meeting timeline
