As businesses begin to open back up, we will likely be tasked with addressing uncertainty among the workers we talk to every day. Yet this uncertainty is also shared by us. So far we've heard minimal guidance on agency plans for continued telework or changing roles.
Recently, other titles in our union, including social workers, respiratory therapists, public health sanitarians, and others have come together online to bring up concerns and collectively find solutions to issues ranging from difficulties with taking leave to workplace safety. Let's get together as OLPS Investigators (minus supervisors & managers) to discuss our most pressing needs to organize for the foreseeable future.
