This contract determines the overall general wage increases for the majority of DC 37 members. It also includes provisions for job security, annuities and privatization. The compounded wage increases are:
- 3% - May 26, 2021
- 3% - May 26, 2022
- 3% - May 26, 2023

Wages, differentials and working conditions for designated groups of workers called “bargaining units”. Each unit contract defines items unique to the titles in the unit, including Grievance Procedures.
The core of these unit contracts were established many years ago, and changes relatively little during each round of bargaining. The most important changes are to the "pay orders", which detail the agreed-upon pay. Pay Orders are themselves separated into 'base pay' and 'additions to gross' (which are the additional 'differentials' that some titles receive), as well as Recurring Increment Payments for titles eligible for that compensation. Finally, there may be additional details included in side-agreements for specific titles or situations.
