This contract addresses general working conditions and other non-wage matters such as holidays, time and leave accruals, eligibility for health insurance coverage and personnel practices. While it doesn't detail your base wage, it does detail how you earn overtime, shift differentials and holiday pay. DC37's website describing this contract is here, and here are the actual documents:

The base wage increases are:

Unit Contracts

Wages, differentials and working conditions for designated groups of workers called “bargaining units”. Each unit contract defines items unique to the titles in the unit, including Grievance Procedures.

The core of these unit contracts were established many years ago, and changes relatively little during each round of bargaining. The most important changes are to the "pay orders", which detail the agreed-upon pay. Pay Orders are themselves separated into 'base pay' and 'additions to gross' (which are the additional 'differentials' that some titles receive), as well as Recurring Increment Payments for titles eligible for that compensation. Finally, there may be additional details included in side-agreements for specific titles or situations.
