Please join DCWP Inspectors on Thursday April 25 at 7:00pm for a meeting to nominate candidates for  our Chapter's first elected leadership.

What positions can I run for?

Nominations will be taken for the following roles:

• Chair
• Vice-Chair
• Secretary

Chapter leadership is elected by members of the chapter.  
 This includes anyone currently serving in the Inspector (33997) or Associate Inspector (33998) civil service title.

Who's eligible to run?

To be eligible for any DCWP Inspector Chapter leadership role, you must be both

• Working in the Inspector (33997) or Associate Inspector (33998) civil service title

• DC 37 member in good standing

How do I nominate?

You may nominate yourself or any other eligible member in one of 2 ways:

• Nominate a candidate online, prior to the meeting

• At the meeting itself

If you nominate someone prior to the meeting, that person will be deemed nominated and does not need to be nominated again at the meeting.

When is the election?

After nominations occur, we will schedule an election to be held online and by mail as soon as possible assuming more than one nominee is confirmed for any of the positions listed above.
