We held an initial Zoom meeting for Medical Records Specialists in early June and identified some serious issues that we need to address:
- Safety
- Job Security
- Workflow
- Financial Inequality
We want to deal with these immediately, especially since our Unit Contract is being renegotiated soon. We're scheduling the next round of Zoom meetings by facility and identify members to lead a committee for the issues identified.
